This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 6 to 9 as legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent.

2. Mr.P.Hari Babu, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the 1st respondent died on 24.05.2022. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring on record his legal representatives.

3. Mr.P.Rajendran, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 appeared and submitted his no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 6 to 9 in the above Second Appeal.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.

6. To take steps for impleading legal representatives of 2nd respondent, post the matter on 25.08.2022.
