PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.06.2023 subsequent to C.S.R bearing reference No.546 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 to progress the construction work of Arulmigu Muthu Mariamman Temple, Bommiampatti Village without any restrain from respondents 4 to 7 and their men and pass suitable orders in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.06.2023 to progress with the construction work of Arulmigu Muthu Mariamman Temple, Bommiampatti Village without any restraint from respondents 4 to 7 and their men. 2/4

2. Heard Mr.B.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.546/2023 dated 21.06.2023 and thereafter, it was closed on the same day.

4. In view of the above development, no further direction can be issued to the respondent police and it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
