ORDER

The prayer made in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of annual increment, regularization and other service benefits as proposed vide communication in Na.Ka.No.2928/2013/P dated 11.09.2013, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the request of the petitioner was considered and the relief was granted to him and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
