ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the first respondent from sealing the premises of the petitioner at Door No.60/2, Big Street, Triplicane, Chennai-5 without following the provisions of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act. 2.

On instruction, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that as on today the subject property has not been seized by the first respondent.

Recorded the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. However, the first respondent is at liberty to proceed as against the subject property in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 2/4
