Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records culminating in the issuance of Tender - cum - Auction Notice daed 19.02.2016 issued in "Daily Thanthi" Newspaper, dated 19.02.2016, by the second respondent, fixing the auction on 29.02.2016, and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to cancel the declaration of Advantage Car Loan TL Account No.32117944167 as NPA to enable the Petitioner to settle the said Loan Account amicably, by considering her last representation dated 25.02.2016 and to release the seized Black Colour Ford Endeavour Car bearing Registration No.TN-33-BB-0697 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
