ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the Respondents 2 to 5 herein or their men from demolishing the Petitioner's compound wall and building, comprised in Patta No.159 in Old Survey Nos.1026/C and 1026/D and New Survey No.22 to an total extent of 1.19 acres situated at Madhavaram Village then Saidapet Taluk, now Madhavaram Taluk, Tiruvallur District without due process of law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner passed away and has reported no instructions in this matter. 2/5

M/s.R.L.Karthika, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the petitioner has encroached 126 sq.m., of land in the aforesaid survey number and had constructed compound wall and building, and the same was removed by the third respondent in the year 2014 itself.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
