Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to pass actual interpretation in the Articles in the Code of Regulations for Matriculation Schools, Tamil Nadu based on the petitioner's representations dated 01.05.1999 and 25.07.1999 to fulfill the actual intention of the direction given in W.P.No.9139 of 1999 dated 25.05.1999 of this Court and to pay Rs.5,00,00,000/- (Rupees five crores only) to the petitioner for having neglected the duties and responsibilities from 20.11.1991 and caused the mental agony to the petitioner and wasted the petitioner's valuable Prime Youth, education and the Petitioner's meritorious devotion to education and development in the fifth respondent school from 1978 and for having allowed the prevailing conditions driving the petitioner to file several cases in this Court.

When the writ petition was taken up on 05.04.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2.Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
