The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to form service road or approach road before starting the construction of Railway over bridge work at Chennai Salai, Panruti, Cuddalore District.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents jointly submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the construction of the bridge itself was over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3.The aforesaid submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
