Tmt.M.Maligeswari v. The Official Liquidator

Comp.A.No.245 of 2019 in C.P.No.17 of 2004 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

This application has been filed to direct the Official Liquidator to allot the Flat No.L-1, in the name of the wife of the allottee, after payment of the entire amount to the Official Liquidator.

2. The Official Liquidator has no objection to allot the flat to the petitioner and execute the sale deed provided the petitioner produces the legal heir certificate of the allottee.

3. In view of the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to produce the legal heir certificate before the Official Liquidator and on such production, the Official Liquidator is directed to allot the flat in favour of the legal heir and execute the sale deed.

This petition is Ordered accordingly.
