The request of the petitioner is only for the speedy disposal of the Opposition No.862023 filed by the Petitioner as against the 2 nd respondent's Trade Mark Application No.2530398 in Class 41 pending before the 1 st respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has sent an email to the petitioner stating that their clients viz., LIGA EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED are not interested any more in proceeding the writ petition.
