ORDER
When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous, as the period was expired and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Further, he has submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the authorities concerned for refund of licence fee, for which, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no serious objection.

2. In view of the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned for any other relief with regard to refund of licence fee, if so advised. No costs.
