(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offence under Sections 498-A of IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 in CSR.No.267 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant a petition enquiry in CSR.No.267 of 2020 has been conducted and the same was closed.
