Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records, connected with the demand notice issued by the Respondent in R.No.843/A1/2014 dated 22.05.2014, calling upon the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,30,870/- purporting to be tax for the period 25.04.2014 to 23.07.2014 in respect of the Petitioner vehicle bearing registration No.KL-07-AB-3910 for the alleged violation of conditions of permit quash the same. COMMON ORDER Mr.R.Srinivasalu, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has become infructuous and as such, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
