Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to impugned order made in DO AG (A&E) / Legal Cell / WP No.44587/2016 dated 19.05.2017 by the 2nd respondent and the consequential order made in Lr.No.912/2005/A1 dated 26.05.2017 by the 1st respondent and quash the same and quantify the pensionary benefits of the deceased government employee Mr.A.Munusamy, employed as Office Assistant, (H) Rural Roads, Highways Department, Palacode Section, Dharmapuri District and to pay the same to the petitioner being the nominee appointed on 12.05.1993 by the deceased Government employee with interest at the rate of 18% per annum on account of delay on the part of the respondents.

ORDER

Mr.G.Ethirajalu, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2 In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
