This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 28.02.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.2804 of in Crl.O.P.No.26907 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed.
