This criminal revision has been preferred against the order passed in Crl.MP.No.1185 of 2025 in CC.No.6154 of 2023 on the file of

the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai dated 28.01.2025 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial court is directed to proceed with the trial and complete the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
