This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to modify the condition imposed by this Court in para 7(c) of Criminal Original Petition in Crl.OP.No.9563 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-police reported no instruction.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is unable to appear before the respondent police due to his circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed in para 7(c) of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.9563 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report and sign before the Inspector of Police, Teynampet Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one month". The other conditions shall remain unaltered 4.
