Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to comply with the order dated 31.01.2013 passed by the High Court in W.P.No.2392 of 2013 and the proceedings dated 15.03.2013 issued by the 1st respondent in Vo.Mu.6821-2013-L1 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for enforcing the earlier orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.2392 of 2013 dated 31.1.2013.

2. Heard Mr. Karl Marx, learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this Court had already passed an order in W.P.No.2392 of 2013 dated 31.1.2013, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and conduct enquiry. The grievance of the petitioner is that no enquiry was conducted even after the orders were passed by this Court and hence, a representation was made to the 2nd respondent on 9.11.2020 . Even this did not evoke any response and hence the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy , learned Govt. Advocate submitted that the 2nd respondent has called the petitioner for enquiry on 24.12.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry and orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also also of the fact that the 2nd respondent had already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
