W.M.P.No.19041 of 2023 in W.P.No.16279 of 2020 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

The petitioner herein filed this impleading application on the ground that the writ petitioner executed mortgage deed in favour of impleading petitioner and obtained a loan and as on today, a sum of Rs.34 crores is due from the writ petitioner. The writ petition is concerning eviction proceedings initiated against writ petitioner in respect of subject matter of mortgage deed.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the impleading application in W.M.P.No.19041 of 2023 is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
