O R D E R
The Petition in W.P.No.22711 of 2012 pending on the file of High Court, Madras is referred to Lok Adalat for conciliation today.
2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the respondents 1 and 2 praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records and quash the said orders of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.449/A3/09 dated 12.05.2010 to treating the period of suspension of the petitioner from 28.01.2009 to 06.11.2009 as eligible leave period and second respondent in Na.Ka.A1/101/2009 dated 03.06.2010 to deposit to the government subsistence allowance for a period of 74 days after calculating
the eligible leave period.
3. The petitioner assisted by counsel and respondents appearing in person are present before Lok Adalat for conciliation today.
4. After great deliberation and discussion, both the parties have compromised the disputed claim and made joint endorsement for W.P.Nos.22711 of 2012 and 11911 of 2010 in W.P.No.22711 of 2012 and the same is recorded by Lok Adalat.
5. In view of compromise arrived at between both the parties, the Lok Adalat hereby declare and decree that there will be an award in terms of joint endorsement made in W.P.No.22711 of 2012 and the joint endorsement shall form part of the award. Award is passed accordingly.
No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed, if any.
