Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would aver that the petitioner was engaged in outstation work for his livehood and, due to financial constraints, he was not in a position to arrange the Court fee to prefer the appeal. 3.Mr.R.Rajesh, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent. He would submit that he does not have any serious objection in allowing the above petition.

Accepting the averments made by the petitioners in the affidavit enclosed with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 427 days shall stand waived. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.80217 of 2025 and post it for Admission in regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
