PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police to conduct further investigation and include all the offence committed by the accused stated in various complaints dated 22.05.2019, 23.03.2021, 17.04.2021, 15.06.2021 by considering petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2021 in Crime No.153 of 2021 dated 07.05.2021.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner/defacto complainant in Crime No.153 of 2021 for an offence under Section 427 and 506(2) I.P.C. filed this petition seeking further investigation.

2. The petitioner's apprehension is that the respondent police not properly conducted the investigation. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation on various dates to the respondent as well as higher officials. But, no action taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent would submit that in this case, on the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the petitioner, F.I.R. was registered for an offence under Sections 427 and 506(2) I.P.C. The defacto complainant is the junior father of A1 and A2 is the wife of A1. The petitioner as well as accused are residing in the same building in different floors, which was inherited by them. There is a dispute with regard to the inheritance and it is a family dispute. The representation of the petitioner is being considered at the time filing the final report and the same would be reflected.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
