O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 28.10.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 28.10.2015. But the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.10.2015, a case in Crime No.1 of 2016 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 494, 506(i), 109 IPC read with Sections 9 and 10 of Child Marriage Act, 2006 read with Section 5j(ii)(l) of POCSO Act, 2012. He would further submit that the third accused is below 18 years old.

4. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.1 of 2016 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
