This petition is filed to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

Respondents have no objection for the delay being condoned.

Further, the reasons given in the affidavit are germane and no prejudice is going to be caused to the respondents if the delay is condoned and the matter is heard on merit.

Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
