Tyres, opposite Spacecraft Furniture, M.G.R.Puram, Thiruverkadu Main Road, Ayapakkam, Chennai 600 077, wherein selling tea, Coffee, Snacks and other Food item by using LPG Gas stove. ORDER

M/s.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Corporation, submitted that the place, where the petitioner is claiming to be doing the street vending falls within the jurisdiction of Ayapakkam Panchayat and the Corporation does not have the jurisdiction over this place.

2. In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court and it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the concerned Panchayat.
