ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sent a letter to the Registry dated 29.06.2026 for listing this Writ Petition under the caption "for withdrawal" as the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the mater any further. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the same caption.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
