Today, Mr.T.Subramani, Head Constable (HC 2151), is present.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions from him, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case in Crime No.05 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police has been completed and final report has also been filed in C.C.No.132 of 2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Vellore District. He further submitted that after full-fledged trial, the accused were acquitted of the charges by judgement dated 29.04.2016.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
