ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the Petitioner praying to modify the condition imposed in Para No.7(c) in the Order dated

16.04.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.9473 of 2026 on the file of this Court. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(c) by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9473 of 2026, dated 10.04.2026, is modified to the effect that the Petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks, and thereafter as and when required for investigation. The other conditions imposed therein remains unaltered.
