The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to proceedings of the Respondent in Na.Ka.40601/2007/D3 dt.25/09/07 and to quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to subsequent developments with regard to transfer, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
