This miscellaneous petition is filed for granting leave to the petitioner to seek a direction in the writ petition.

Learned State Government Pleader submits that the writ petition was closed by order dated 07.11.2022 recording the fact that encroachment has been removed.

In view of the above, leave cannot be granted to the petitioner for seeking a direction in the writ petition, which was closed by order dated 07.11.2022, even if he is aggrieved by the said order. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
