ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Velmurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, we do not find any public interest involved in the present Writ Petition.

3. The petitioner, it appears, resides more than 200 to 300 km away from the hospital of respondent No.3. The earlier Writ Petition filed by the petitioner in WP No.5614 of 2023 was dismissed by this Court. The Court observed "Even otherwise, we do not find any merits in the Writ Petition."

4. The Writ Petition does not appear to be a bona fide one.

5. The Writ Petition as such is dismissed. There will be no order
