ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para "7(iii) The petitioner shall stay at Yanam and report before the Yanam

police Station every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" made in Crl.M.P.No.15564 of 2024 dated 31.01.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15564 of 2024 dated 31.01.2025. 3.

Considering the submissions made on either side and taking note of the reasons stated in the petition, particularly at Paragraph No.4, the condition to stay at Yanam report before the Yanam Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
