ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner wherein, the petitioner has complained about the alleged illegal construction put up by one C.Shankaranarayanan.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Corporation of Chennai that a similar writ petition was filed by yet another respondent, who is living in the adjacent property, in W.P.No.17867 of 2021 and this writ was heard by the Bench and it was informed to the Bench that the construction is being put up, after getting an approval. Recording the same, this writ petition was also disposed of by an order dated 26.08.2019.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the construction put up by the above said Mr.C.Shankaranarayanan is interfering with any of the rights of the petitioner, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate civil Court and work out his remedy. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
