Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other writ or order in the nature of writ directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 01.05.2015 addressed to the third respondent within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 01.05.2015.

2. Perusal for the representation would reveal that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property of an extent of three cents comprised in Natham in survey No.23/1, present R.S.No.149/5, block No.5 in M.Puliangudi village and post , Kattumannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore.

3. The relief sought for in the present writ petition submitted before the Block Development Officer is that Mr.Balakrishnan or his wife vasantha should not be permitted to construct a house.

4. If at all, the petitioner is of an opinion that the said Balakrishnan and his wife is interfering with his property, he has to approach the competent Civil Court of law. In respect of the other property, if any violations or otherwise, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities.

5. As far as the present writ petition is concerned, the representation was sent on 01.05.2015 and under these circumstances, the relief as such sought for, due to efflux of time lost its relevance. If any grievance exists as of now, it is open to the petitioner to approach the competent authority in the manner known to law.

6. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
