Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take necessary action based on the orders passed by the second respondent passed a order dated 31.03.2023 or any other orders to appropriate and subsequently presumed the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023. O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the fifth respondent pursuant to the orders passed by the second respondent dated 31.03.2023.

2. According to the petitioner, the fifth respondent and the other persons, who are in charge of the Panchayat administration, have committed certain irregularities by illegally selling the properties of the Panchayat. 2/6

3. It is the case of the petitioner that, based on the representation made by him on 14.03.2022, the second respondent passed an order for necessary enquiry. After completion of enquiry, the second respondent found the allegations made by the petitioner against the fifth respondent as true. The second respondent by his communication to the fourth respondent directed action against the fifth respondent.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that even though the second respondent has issued necessary directions to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent, the fourth respondent has not taken any further action.

5. In view of the limited prayer made in this Writ Petition, I direct the fourth respondent to take further action in pursuance of the directions given by the second respondent in his letter dated 31.03.2023 in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
