O R D E R

The petitioner prays for an assessment of property tax of the petitioner's property situated at Survey No.104/6, Door No.9/38-A, Meenambal Sivaraj Street, Kodungaiyur, Chennai - 600 118, (property in question) and for a consideration of his representation dated 17.02.2014.

2. He has produced in this regard details of electricity, metro water and sewerage connections. He also claims to have paid Urban Land Tax in respect of the aforesaid property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. That apart, the respondent has sought additional documents his ownership including patta, that have not been produced. Learned respondent counsel states that should the documents sought for be filed, there would be no impediment for consideration of the request of the petitioner.

4. Recording the aforesaid, and as the petitioner is not before the Court to confirm whether such documents having been produced or not, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit the documents as sought for by the respondents to establish his case for assessment of the aforesaid property to property tax. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
