ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to register and release the pending document in Doc. No.112/2020.

2.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent has already passed an order, rejecting to register the document, on 02.12.2020.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not received that order till date.

4.In view of the order passed by the 1st respondent, refusing to register the document, no further orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner shall work out his remedy in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

manner known to law.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
