ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it appears that there are allegations and counter allegations inter se the petitioner and respondent No.3 in respect of the properties, which are back to back.
2. The learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that show cause notice for closure was issued on 31.10.2012. Response to the same has been furnished by the third respondent on 26.11.2012. We are surprised to note that no final order has been passed by the second respondent despite four years having elapsed. Necessary order be passed after completing all formalities within a maximum period of one month of the receipt of this order, as stated by the learned counsel for respondent No.2.
3. In so far as the allegation sought to be made against the petitioner for encroachment of the land is concerned, that aspect be also examined under the supervision of respondent No.1 and in case the allegation is found to be correct, action in accordance with law be taken, after notice to all concerned. This exercise be undertaken within a period of one month of the receipt of this order.
4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
