(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 174 altered into 306 of IPC in Crime No.1030 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner was already arrested on 04.12.2020 and remanded to judicial custody.
