ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in respect of the order dated 1308-2021 issued by the 4th respondent in consonance with the other three respondents and quash the same and issue fresh Mark sheet with corrected marks scored by his son.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed

as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
