ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to issue a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report/charge sheet in Crime No.302 of 2023 pending on the file of J6, Thiruvanmiyur Police Station, Chennai, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) seeks two months time to complete the investigation in this matter.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court grants two months time to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Cr.No.302 of 2023.
