Defendants Prayer : Civil Suit filed under Order IV Rule 1 of Madras High Court Original Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of CPC to pray for judgment and decree against the defendants as follows:- a) declaration that the first plaintiff is the lawful and absolute owner of the schedule mentioned property viz., 12/6, Flat No.3, 12th Floor (HIG IV Type) in 136 HIG (MSB) Flats at SAF Games Village Scheme, Koyembedu, Chennai.
b)Mandatory injunction directing the first defendant to cooperate in mutation of all Revenue Records, Property Tax, Water Tax, Electricity connection, utilities so as to reflect the first plaintiff as the sole and absolute owner of the schedule mentioned property. 1/4
c)Permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property by the plaintiffs or from making any claim whatsoever in any jurisdiction over the schedule mentioned property treating it as the property of the first defendant;
d) issue such other orders or directions as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case e) costs of the suit.
