ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration on 23.01.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today, i.e. on 29.01.2018 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through its learned counsel.

2. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that since the relief sought for in the writ petition is related to the Academic Year 2004-2005, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
