This application is filed to amend the short and long cause title in the plaint in C.S.No.396 of 2007 and O.A.No.562 of 2011 defendant/ respondent No.7 therein as "7.The State Bank of India, Represented by its Managing Director, State Bank of India, Head Office, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai 400 051" instead of "No.7, The State Bank of Travancore, Represented by its Managing Director, Thiruvanandapuram, Kerala State".

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. The learned counsel for the respondents has got no objection for amendment.

3.Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Two weeks time is granted to carry out the amendment.
