This application is filed to amend the short and long cause title in the plaint in C.S.No.396 of 2007 and O.A.No.562 of 2011 defendant/ respondent No.5 therein as "5.Mrs.K.P.Reetha, Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Meenchanda Branch, Areekkad Main Road, Brains College, Areekkad, Kozhikode, Kerala 673 027" instead of "No.5, Mrs.K.P.Reetha, Branch Manager, State Bank of Travancore, Meenchanda Branch, Nallalam, Calicut 673 027".

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. The learned counsel for the respondents has got no objection for amendment.

3.Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Two weeks time is granted to carry out the amendment.
