This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27187 of 2022 vide order dated 15.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
