(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel Mr.S.Sriram, representing Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel would submit that the petitioner was arrested on 17.09.2020 and that since, the respondent had not filed the final report, the petitioner has availed statutory bail and the petitioner was released on bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore on 16.12.2020.

2. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuos.
