Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that is the petitioner should appear before the Mahila Court, Thiruvallur daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Honborable Court in Crl.O.P.No.7 of 2018 dated 23.01.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.MEENAKSHISUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition filed for relaxing the conditions imposed by this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.7 of 2018 by order dated 23.01.2018, by which this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Mahila Court, Thiruvallur, daily at 10:30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition for more than 50 days without fail from 25.01.2018 onwards.

3. Considering the compliance made by the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered with the following modification that, hereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court only on the date of hearing. -sd/- 22/03/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
