Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel(GCC) takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2. Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 3 & 4.

2. The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 13.02.2023 and pass necessary orders.

3. According to the petitioner, she is specially abled person with 60% disability. The petitioner is running a tailoring shop near outer side of the compound Arcot Lutheran Thirusabai Magalir Christ Hostel, E.V.K.Sampath Salai, Vepery, Chennai. It is stated by the petitioner that her husband had neglected and failed to maintain the family and she is having two school going 2/4

children. Therefore, the petitioner submitted the representation dated 13.02.2023 to the first respondent seeking allotment of bunk shop, to earn her livelihood. The main grievance of the petitioner is that her representation has not been considered by the first respondent till date.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion into the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 13.02.2023 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
