ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in FIR in Cr.No.152 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent against the petitioner.

2.Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the first respondent submitted that the defacto complainant had appeared before the police and submitted a letter to withdraw his case and his further statement was recorded; after getting his statement and considering the materials the case has been referred as civil in nature. In view of the submission made by the learned government advocate nothing survives for further adjudication.
